We recently purchased a Lexus RX350 with the help from Luis. Unlike some salespeople who can be pushy and overwhelming, Luis created a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. His willingness to listen to our needs and preferences without any pressure was truly commendable. We appreciated how he took the time to explain every detail patiently, making sure we had a clear picture of what were getting. Luis went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with our choice and never once did we feel rushed or coerced into making a decision. His focus on building a trustworthy and long-lasting relationship with his customers is truly admirable. I would recommend Luis and the entire DARCARS team to anyone. We are beyond happy with our experience and even happier with our new car!!
