ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- All returns must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as when they were originally received.
- Damaged parts must be reported to us on the day of delivery, or they will not be considered for credit.
- Parts that have been prepped, painted, sanded, primed or installed are not eligible for credit.
- All cores containing fluids must be drained of all fluids and returned in their original box or container with fluid plugs secured.
- Manufacturer’s core return forms must be filled out completely prior to driver pickup, or credit will not be issued.
- Damaged cores are not eligible for credit.
- There is a 30 day limit on all returns; any part returned after this period will be subject restocking fees and manager approval.
Additionally, the following special order items are non-returnable, except with written authorization from DARCARS Lexus of Greenwich management:
- Air bags, components and seat-belts
- Wire harnesses
- Any installed part
